Project Manager, Caspian

Description: SES is presently seeking to recruit a Project Manager with substantial international experience for projects primarily in the Caspian, Black Sea and Mediterranean regions. Candidates should have project management experience, preferably with a civil or mechanical engineering background and or oil and gas experience. Candidates will be required to take full responsibility for all day to day activities on site(s) and have a proven track record of delivery on time and to client expectations. Key responsibilities will include overseeing the work of company personnel and or sub-contractors, HSE issues, quality assurance/control, program monitoring and financial tracking and client relationship management. Many of the initial projects will relate to repair and support services for pipelines and oil and gas activities in the region. The job will involve extensive overseas travel and operating in remote areas. The position will initially be based in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia and the work schedule will be 3 months on - 1 month off rotation, with all travel and accommodation provided, plus appropriate benefits package

General Manager, Kazakhstan

Description: SES joint venture company, SES·BORKIT, is presently looking to recruit a general manager (GM) with substantial international experience in the field of business administration in relation to environmental services who will be responsible for all activities associated with the company's oil spill response (OSR), emergency and environmental business in the country. The General Manager will provide management oversight, advice and assistance to the Operations Manager/Response Manager and all employees. Extensive experience in oil spill response and a good practical understanding of response to other emergency response situations such as hazardous material clean-up will be necessary. A solid background in environmental training & consultancy, site remediation, waste management and industrial services will be advantageous. The job will involve extensive overseas travel and language skills would be favorable. The GM will be based in Aktau, Kazakhstan, and work a 6 weeks on - 3 week off rotational position.
